Incredible 1960’s elephants, turtles and flower power mini dress with mandarin collar and puff sleeves!! This has three pearlescent buttons on the collar that are functional. It has a ton of stretch and is in impeccable condition! The print is so groovy and cute! Depending on how you want to wear it this can fit from a small to Large! Best fit a M-L
