1960's Flower Power Scalloped Hem Dress

Such a darling 1960’s groovy flower power dress! I absolutely love and adore the scalloped hem and also collar! Its on a navy backing with beautiful floral print throughout! Very lightweight barkcloth and perfect for the Spring and Summer coming up! This has very little to no stretch and would best fit a size small to medium!
