Beautiful pale blue 1960’s mini dress with the most glorious bishop sleeves! The sleeves balloon out so splendidly! It has two layers of lace on the outside and a kind of taffeta on the inside! The back has a nylon zip with the cutest bow fixtures on the waist and neck! This dress is an absolute dream! She best fits a small of 28” waist
