1970’s Candi Jones Cerulean Blue Bishop Sleeve Mini Dress

A beautiful cerulean blue floral mini dress by Candi Jones of California with gorgeous bishop sleeves! This dress is semi sheer and is very airy and light! Has a nylon back zip and attached back waist tie. She best fits a size small with very little stretch!
