1970’s Fishy Striped Cotton Skirt Playset

Its time to get fishy with this super cute 1970s-1980s playset! It features a high waisted skirt that closes on the side with two buttons. The top has a sweetheart neckline and elastic straps and back that is in excellent condition! It feels like cotton but the tag says Polyester. The waist has no stretch. This best fits a size small!
