1970's Flower Power Cape

The one we've all been waiting for! I would say this one is a true cape since it doesnt close all the way! Estimated 1970’s and believed to be handmade! It has a cute round collar with a giant hook and eye to close the whole cape together. Beautiful flower power print made from a poly on the outside with acetate lining on the inside! The lining has a couple light marks in it but not major flaws! Pair it with a nice good outfit and you're ready to shine!
