1970’s Green Polka Dot Romper

The cutest 70s lime green polka dot romper! This may very well be a swimsuit because the panty lining is made of that material, but everything else is cotton. The straps have two buttons on each side and may be adjustable. The smock on the sides is in very great elastic condition! No stretch.
