Holy moly!!! This novelty print is amazing!!! It features an all over print of people, buildings and horse drawn carriages! The best part about this is that it is in amazing condition with tons of stretch! It can for from an XS all the way up to an XL I believe! The elastic is like new and so is the dress! Has big balloon sleeves! She does have a tiny bit of sheerness a she is quite light!
