1970's Pastel Flutter Floral Maxi

We are manifesting spring to come in soon with this darling dress! From the 1970’s with a mint backdrop and cute pastel florals strewn about! This cutie has flutter sleeves and an attached waist tie! The nylon zipper is located on the left side of the dress instead of the usual back zip! Made of a nice light cotton blend and in excellent condition! There is very little stretch to this and she will best fit a size small!
