1970’s Plum Novelty 1920’s Ladies Doggy Collar Dress

Holy wow the print on this 1970’s novelty dress is insane! It features ladies dressed from the 1920’s hanging out in town and is so cute! The sleeves are bishop and the collar is a doggy round collar with detachable and adjustable belt! It buttons all the way in the front and has slight stretch. It would best fit a small!
