Beautiful 1970s purple dress with embroidered hearts and tulips! This dress is absolutely breathtaking and too beautiful to give up, but here she is! Embroidered balloon sleeves and semi off shoulders. It can go completely off shoulder or full shoulder. Comes with a tie belt and in absolute perfect condition. Nylon back zip!
