1970's Rainbow Tomato Print Balloon Sleeve Mini Dress

Okay how cute is this seriously? I have never seen a dress like this before! Its a rare 1970's mini with the cutest rainbow polka dot and tomato print!! This is double layered with lining and chiffon on the outside. It has a cute sharp collar with sheer balloon sleeves! The bodice is smocked and has a good stretch to it with the elastic still in great stretchy shape! Back talon zipper and an attached waist tie! She would best fit a size small!
