1970’s Crushed Velvet Floral Tiered Halter Gown

This 1970’s dress is literally out of a fairytale! She has beautiful blue soft crushed velvet as a base with tiered floral ruffles on the inside middle! Has a hint of victorian delicacy! She is in excellent condition with no flaws and a back nylon zipper! There is no stretch to the bust or waist so will best fit a small or modern 4!
